To meet our company’s growth and product diversification needs, we are currently looking to hire 02 Tour Sales and Operation Staff for the domestic and outbound markets, based in Hanoi, as follows:
Work Location: Hanoi
Salary: Competitive
Experience: At least 2 years in domestic and outbound tour sales and operations
Consult and sell domestic and international tour packages and related travel services to clients
Advise clients, negotiate, sign, and execute contracts
Build and update the customer database
Update tour products on the company’s website and fanpage (training provided)
Monitor ongoing tours and handle any arising issues
Coordinate with the operation team to ensure smooth service delivery for sales clients/groups
Provide customer care before, during, and after the tour
Collaborate with the Marketing department to assess market trends and define customer–product positioning
Work with other departments as assigned by the Team Leader

University or college degree in Tourism or related fields
Practical experience in destinations is an advantage
Proficiency in English is preferred
Strong negotiation and customer persuasion skills
Willingness to travel for work domestically and internationally when required
